These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders, services and products supplied by SINTEO (“we”, “us”, “our”) to dental laboratories and dental clinics (“you”, “the customer”). By placing an order with SINTEO, you agree to these Terms.
SINTEO manufactures custom-made dental devices including, but not limited to, zirconia, PMMA, composite restorations, CoCr frameworks, implant abutments, temporary prosthetics, 3D printed models and CAD design services.
All devices are intended exclusively for professional dental use.
2.1. Orders must be submitted with complete digital files (STL/IOS scans) and clear instructions regarding design, material, shade and restoration type.
2.2. Any missing information may delay production.
2.3. Complex cases may require design approval before manufacturing.
2.4. By submitting an order, you confirm that all patient data has been collected with lawful consent under GDPR/UK GDPR.
3.1. Standard production time is typically 3 working days.
3.2. Turnaround times start only after complete information and suitable files have been received.
3.3. Express production may be available at an additional fee.
3.4. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to shipping or technical issues.
4.1. Products are shipped using reputable carriers.
4.2. Shipping times vary and are outside our direct control.
4.3. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
4.4. Tracking information is provided when available.
5.1. Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless agreed in writing.
5.3. Late payments may result in production suspension.
5.4. All goods remain the property of SINTEO until payment is received in full.
6.1. All devices undergo full quality control before dispatch.
6.2. SINTEO warrants that all custom-made devices are manufactured according to your specifications.
6.3. Due to the nature of custom-made devices, they cannot be returned for credit unless defective.
6.4. Warranty does not cover:
7.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of receiving the product.
7.2. Supporting files, photos or scans may be required.
7.3. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a remake or credit may be issued.
7.4. If the error originates from the customer (design, scan, prescription), remake fees may apply.
8.1. SINTEO is registered with the MHRA as a manufacturer of custom-made dental devices.
8.2. A UK Responsible Person (UKRP) oversees compliance for products placed on the UK market.
8.3. Custom-Made Device Statements are issued for all applicable devices.
8.4. All technical and patient-related data is retained for 10 years as required by law.
9.1. SINTEO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including clinical chair time, patient dissatisfaction, or additional treatment costs.
9.2. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific product in question.
9.3. The customer bears full responsibility for clinical decisions, treatment plans and patient outcomes.
10.1. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2. All staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

11.1. All CAD designs remain the property of SINTEO unless agreed otherwise.
11.2. Designs may be archived for quality, regulatory and legal purposes.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
